is there any other way to travel to san francisco from vallejo CA besides car or ferry? whichbuses or subways?
i usually go shopping alot in SF and travel regularly but i dont drive and going on the ferry is very expensive..i wanted to know how else i can get there? like which bus do i take where? or metro or subway? and btw i need to get around market street in san francisco from vallejo california. ill give you the highest points!!!! what the fuck am i supposed to do with that answer? laugh? You can maybe walk or swim--hey, they ARE other ways, which is what you asked for. :) (But of course they'd probably normally take too long or be too hard.)

- Vallejo Transit #80 will get you to the El Cerrito Del Norte BART station (4.50 one-way). http://www.vallejotransit.com/routes.html - You can then take the BART subway into Downtown San Francisco (3.80 one-way). http://www.bart.gov/stations/map/systemMap.asp Using the regular bus-subway combination costs $16.60 round-trip. The ferry costs $23.00 round-trip. If you do it this way, you'll save $6.40. However, you might notice that the passengers on the ferry are a more laid-backed and happy bunch (they have more money).
